It is used by California CHP, Los Angeles PD and countless other departments. The jacket is USA Made in Heavy Top Grain Cowhide. The Waistband is Padded with a longer Kidney Section in Back and it is no Charge to put Keeper Snaps for a Sam Brown Belt.
