TIPS FOR USING OUR CART !!!
As you know from our articles, we have a lot of products posted and many people will want to get several items when ordering. It's not easy to remember all the item numbers for our products so here are some tips to make shopping both easy and time efficient.

1. Be sure to read all information pertaining to your area of interest. As you click on specific products in our articles, it will really help to keep a written list of item numbers. Use this list for when you are ready to "go shopping" and make your purchase. Once you have read everything and have a list of item numbers (also known as sku's), using our shopping cart is easy. Just enter the sku in the search bar above, hit the "go" button and the product you want will appear. Add it to your cart and then type the next item number in the search bar to continue until you have everything on your list. Change quantities as desired once an item is added to your cart and make sure everything has been added before checking out.

2. Returning customers be sure to log in before you start putting items in your cart. This insures all items will be kept and not lost which may happen if you log in after starting to shop. It also insures you will get the right prices applied for the items you order and that any special directions currently in our system will not be overlooked. Don't attempt to add a new account everytime you want to go shopping. We can forward login names and passwords via the phone upon request; be sure and keep them safe yet accessible once set up to make on line shopping easy and efficient. First time users can add things to their cart and will be prompted to add needed shipping address information during checkout.

3. If you want to reorder something previously bought, research your invoice history by clicking the "Research Account History" button located above and to the right. Here you can look at old invoices and identify product names and sku's.

*** ENTER THE FIRST THREE DIGITS OF ANY SKU INSTEAD OF SIX AND YOUR SEARCH WILL RETURN MANY PRODUCTS. THIS TYPE OF SEARCH IS HANDY IF YOU WANT TO SEE DIFFERENT SIZES AVAILABLE FOR ANY ONE BRAND OR PRODUCT TYPE. ***

*** ENTER A ONE WORD "NAME" OF WHAT YOU WANT AND IF THE DESCRIPTION ENTERED MATCHES SOMETHING IN OUR DATABASE, ALL THE SKU'S FOR ANY PRODUCT WITH THAT NAME WILL BE DISPLAYED. ***

*** DON'T START SHOPPING TILL YOU HAVE A LIST OF PRODUCTS, ALONG WITH THEIR SKU'S, IF YOU WANT THE "BEST" SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. TAKING THE TIME TO MAKE A LIST INSURES WHAT YOU WANT IS WHAT YOU ORDER!! ***

*** DON'T START A SHOPPING SESSION UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU HAVE 5-10 MINUTES TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS. SHOPPING CARTS WILL "TIME OUT" AND REMOVE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE ADDED IF THE CART IS LEFT UNATTENDED FOR 1/2 HOUR OR MORE. ***

Product Listing by Category
Notice the Department and Category listings up top on the left menu. After selecting a Department you can choose a Product Category. You will then see a listing of products offered in this category. As you scroll down the list notice the product counter at the bottom of the page. There may be more items to see in this category so be sure and click this button to browse the whole category. Click on the Item # to see more information on the product and it's picture if available. This is a great way to "browse" our product selection and learn about all the other items we offer.

International Customers
Most of the products we sell can be shipped abroad. However, there are some restrictions which may prevent us from completing a submitted order. We will let you know via e-mail of any such problem, along with alternative options, so be sure to include a valid e-mail address when ordering on line as well as one you check on a regular basis. Since Air Mail shipping is by far the most economical option, we prefer to use the Postal Service for international shipping. Fed Ex and UPS options are available but they will cost 50-100% more than traditional Air Mail so don't request such service unless you are prepared to pay the extra fees.
